ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE ADDED YOUR CSA/PADDLER NUMBER TO YOUR ROAG PROFILE AS YOUR
MEMBERSHIP AND PROFICIENCY IS CHECKED AGAINST THIS NUMBER!
HOW TO ENTER FOR THIS RACE:
1.) To enter for the N3TC Drak
Challenge, the first step is acquiring a ROAG number (if you don’t already have
one). If you are entering the K2 or K3 race, then ALL paddlers will need a ROAG
number. The reason for this is because it is imperative for the organisers of
this race to have your necessary details. To sign up with ROAG takes 1 minute
and is FREE! Click here to register now: https://www.roag.co.za/Register.aspx
2.) Once signed up,
you can log into your ROAG account by clicking
here: https://www.roag.co.za/Login.aspx (Existing members can
3.) Once logged in,
click on ENTER NOW!
4.) PLEASE NOTE: The ROAG System
interacts with the CanoeSA database to ensure that each paddler is AR
proficient and has paid their fees for the year. We determine this by checking
your CSA/Paddler No on your ROAG profile against your CSA/Paddler Nummber in the CanoeSA database.
This database is sent to us once a week and is uploaded onto our system. If you
have any queries regarding your proficiency / fees, please email
firstname.lastname@example.org / email@example.com
5.) Once the system has recognized your
proficiency and has confirmed you have paid your fees for the year, you will be
able to continue with your entry.
6.) To add your entry to the cart,
please click the blue tab labeled ADD RACE ENTRY. If you are entering the K2
event, you will need to replace your ROAG number (in the ROAG number tab) with
your partners number to add them to your ‘team’. You should have two ROAG
numbers in the box. You will then click on ADD TEAM ENTRY.
7.) You can then proceed to checkout
and elect to pay via EFT or credit card.
The ROAG database interacts with the
CanoeSA database to check proficiency / CSA registration. PLEASE ensure that
your ID number on the CanoeSA database matches your ID number on your ROAG
The Wattle Clearing Donation
