There is a IMF Private Gym in Ballito. A free drink will be given to entrants at the gym. 

ROUTE DESCRIPTION: 

Expect sugar cane paths and plenty of single track as well as obstacles along the route. 

FULL EVENT: 

The full event consists of a 20km MTB, 5km run & the obstacle course. 

TEAM EVENT: 

This a 3 person team event that works as follows: 

The team event will work like a relay event with first team member doing the 20 MTB event followed by the 2nd team member running the 5km run and the final team member will do the obstacle course. 

The biker starts and then hands the timing chip to the runner who then hands the chip to the OC athlete. All participants must finish the OC together. 

RUNS + OBSTACLE COURSE: 

This race was designed to allow for the obstacle course section to be spectator friendly. Therefore, the runners will first do the 5km or 10km run then will enter the obstacle course arena after completing the run.
